Thirty seconds of the evening. Cleo would have cut anything unflattering, and the receipts have been kept out of shot, for everyone’s sake.
The storyline
How The Evening Unfolds
One theme, three selections and a table at the end of it. Cleo sets the tone, your personal shopper does the legwork, and you get the final say. Mostly.

Bold, Refined, Timeless, Adventurous or Unexpected. You do not get to choose.
Checked in and parked, you press Begin Mall Expedition, and Cleo reveals the theme your evening has been built around. It comes from everything the club knows about you, which is more than you might think, and she is thrilled with it. You will be too, eventually.

The car is part of the outfit. Cleo insists.
On the way to the mall Cleo connects your theme to the car you are driving, then introduces the evening’s three selections: The Statement, The Surprise and The Taste. She has strong views on all three, and has left exactly enough room for yours.
19:20 0319:20 · The Personal Shopper
Someone already knows your size. You never told them.
At the mall a personal shopper meets you, already briefed on your preferences, your interests, your sizes and, discreetly, your budget. Nobody asks what you are looking for. They know. They also have a route through the stores, and it starts with the good ones.
21:15 0421:15 · The Taste
Dinner is reserved. Dessert is, frankly, non-negotiable.
Your personal shopper walks you to the restaurant, the table is ready, and the last selection is yours: a dish, a dessert or a drink that completes the theme. Non-alcoholic, naturally. You are driving. Came with a guest? This is when the Secret Shopper bags come out from under the table.

Cleo has one last word on your Statement, your Surprise and your Taste, then leaves you alone with the car and a quiet road home. By the time you park, the whole evening is in the app as a recap, photographs and all. Dillon asks tomorrow whether the Surprise landed.
